On the 4th of July I went to a festival in Denver in weather about that hot. A band was playing in the shade of some trees and was doing fine. 95 isn't that bad - it's 105 that'll kill you.

Drink lots of water. Wet a bandana, fold it up and put it around your neck the way athletes do. That really helps.
