My traditional headgear in the heat is a ballcap over a bandana that is draped on my head to hang over my neck and onto my shoulders. And my water bottle is used to spritz the back of my bandana and shirt every so often for the wonderful evaporative cooling.

Drink lots of water, eat a few salty chips or peanuts, and sweat. Manage your own evaporative cooling.
