Bobert, I played for 14 years at an outdoor restaurant (in the woods). There were maybe a dozen days where the temperature reached more than 75, but there were at least a hundred days - more like your Page County Heritage Festival, where I had to work to keep my teeth from chattering while I was singing. When I took a break, it was to hold onto a cup of coffee more than it was to drink it, so that my fingers would work when I got back on the stage.

I think I'd prefer to play in the heat.
