Kudos to that waitress and may she not suffer any negative reprecussions because of her quick wit. Her "This isn't Texas" comment reminds me of the line in the Wizard of Oz when Dorothy realizes that she's not in Kansas anymore.

Even better, Bush could show he's just a "regular" guy by rolling up his sleeves and cleaning a batch of chitlins. I'm sure he'd love their interesting smell...
