Kitty! I agree they have good voices too, which helps I am sure, what I was trying to say was that there are many singers with fantastic voices who absolutely leave me cold, as there is no expression or emotion in what they are singing, they just sing the words, not the story. Being a good singer helps but I have heard not so good singers take a song and enact the emotion in it very powerfully and effectively.
