Alas, Fox Valley is not the old Fox Hollow. I do recall years ago, at one of the first Fox Valley folk festivals, that it rained all day. It was only one day then. There were a dozen performers and about 60 audience members crammed in to a pavilion building. Everyone stayed till the end. Shame it couldn't be duplicated now.
