OK folks...easily the saddest song I'VE ever heard is "Kilkelly." I heard it for the first time on the radio one long-ago night when I was far away from my family and feeling lonely anyway...by the end of the song I was choking back tears, and when I sing it to people who have never heard it, they do the same.

"The Dutchman" is also particularly touching to me.
