Just tried that, FS, and I didn't get very far. A couple of possibilities are The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, and Me and the Colonel, and Up in Arms. I couldn't read any details on Up In Arms.

The scene I remember is of Kaye singing the song in a bar surrounded by a bunch of German officers. The Germans laugh at first, but then they catch on to the meaning of the song and Kaye has to beat a hasty retreat.

Arrrrrgh.
