Good luck with this Frustrated - it sounds like it is the dental surgery that is dragging its feet. It's how they get around these complaints. They're lost, found, lost again, buried in peat for 3 months and recycled as firelighters. If they don't respond to complaints, they can truthfully say they have never had to deal with any. Happens with tax returns too.
