Well Ron, I dunno' what's in the batter or in the fat, but at our county fair here one of the hottest sellers is deep fried quartered Kosher Dills!!!

I've been a fair food junkie all my life but when I had the bypass 10 years ago, I went into surgery with a cholesterol level of 144. My cholesterol was never the problem. Cigarettes were the problem.
