I have found a cattle prod or bull whip is a great help :) I wid get Granny Dom tae lend ye hers but she is rather busy at the moment so handcuff him to a chair refusing to let him go till the exercises are done.

seriously though it will be worth it lad yer lucky tae have such caring lassies when yer back in full voice ye owe them a slap   - - - up dinner for all the nagging they have had to do :)
