Yes Rowan, I noticed that on the TV - ranks and ranks of them, no badges. We had that game in Qld under 'Uncle Joh' (his preferred wish what to be publicly called!). Any 3 people walking together was legally an 'illegal crowd' and they could be dragged away and arrested - anywhere, anytime - just for 'being a crowd' - they didn't have to do anything else! Hmm - 18 arrested yesterday - including an elderly gentleman who just walked across the street in front of a motorcade - held for several hours. It's normally an 'on the spot fine' about $50.
