Funny thing about theses lyrics.

Sometime in the mid 1970's there was a song with excactly the same title, by group called Arkwright. Got plenty of Radio play at the time, but never appeared in the charts. Despite extensive googling in the last few years, and the resources of a radio station prior, I've never been able to track down either the song or the group, or any information.

Anybody ever heard this one?

Opening lines were:
