we had a similar case recently - a man "got back" at his ex-wife by driving his car into a river & leaving THEIR 3 sons to drown. He had spoken about his plan to others, so it wasn't a spur-of-the-moment event or the accident he claimed it was. I cannot understand how this man thought that killing his own sons would get back specifically at their mother, without affecting others, like his own relatives who have lost grandchildren/nephews/cousins.
