My mother loved this song and being a quite talented (but untrained) soprano often sang it at church socials, but I remember that there was a last verse which contained lines somewhat like this

"Now that is all about the ball that I remember now,
Save Grandmama and Grandpapa are sleeping over there"

Is my memory correct?
