The "war on drugs" is a war on education. If the money was spent on education and rehab...... yeah, I know, it's been said a thousand times and the drug lords still win the war.

I recall reading many years (25?) ago that the third most profitable family business in the world was Seagrams, at over a half billion dollars per year.... LORD that's a lot of legal drugs!
