As I said earlier, I'm against the death penalty.

But I see no reason why such people should continue to live, either.

It's not for vengance, either. Nor is it "an eye for an eye." I simply see no reason not to use the ultimate "casting out" by a civilization they have, by their own actions, disassociated themselves from.

Sadly, shamefully...for it is a failure on both parts.
