I shall continue to do my Tidal Calculations ( regarding the ebb and flow thereof ) using the Twelfths Rule --( Do they use that system in the USA ?? ).If the Frogs, Dagos,Wops ,Krauts, et al, want to use The Tenths Rule ( assuming that there is such a thing ! ) ,then it's their affair !---As is anything else decimal, including Dick-size.
