There's a movie called "The Night Hank Williams Died." Forget who's in it--could be an actor named Snuffy something or other. Saw it years ago and did a bit of research, and the actor used to do the play of the same name as a touring show. Sounded like he was channeling Hank Wms in the movie, so I imagine it was a spooky experience in a playhouse. Drunk, maudlin & inspired. May be the best musical biopic type movie I ever saw.
