According to Steve Roud's broadside ballad index there copies of "The True Lover's Farewell" in the Madden and White broadside collections. "My Mary Ann" (a more common title than "Mary Ann") is Roud #4438. 7 broadside copies are noted, and one in Henderson's 'Victorian Street Ballads' p. 61. None of these have I seen.
