Of course the only problem with giving an audience kazoos or other noise making gadgets, is that once thay have them they WILL use them.

You could also find yourself in a situation where, when you collect the kazoos up at the end of the evening, that you end up with several more kazoos than you started with. If you are particularly unlucky you could find they have also left you several bodhrans, fiddles, bajoes, accordians etc...
