Dead Horse Morris had a button made for their anniversary ale which had a piccy of him on it and bearing the words STILL ALIVE.
There was considerable consternation when it was reported that he had a heart attack and was at deaths door.
The old bugger survived, and now regails folk with tales of how it wasnt a common heart attack, but something much more glamourous and in keeping with his stature.
He is, however, a rather more subdued dude nowadays.
I have promised to accompany him at Sheppey Sea Fest thingamybob.
