A fiend of mine retired 3 years ago from working 30+ years on the line at Chrysler in Windsor Ontario .... since then he has already seen some of his health benefits revoked, he is quite certain and very concerned his pension will be decreased in the future. A big hunk of the Big 3's "payroll" costs are now going to retirement payments and benefit costs. .... as Mick has mentioned these people are now the target of the over inflated management sector. The unions not only have to protect the workers but also the large segment of their baby boomer retirees.
