I came to this thread because the title contained the names of two of my extremely least favourite people in light entertainment, and I was fully expecting to be invited to add to the list. So I should like to nominate Michael (bloody) Parkinson and Graham (effin') Norton, and, while I'm at it, the "actor" who plays Charlie Fairhead in Casualty. Thanks for letting me get all that off my chest.
