Tonight is the unofficial start of the   Portsmouth Maritime Folk Festival and will commence at the Press Room in Portsmouth at 4:30 PM. Many of the festival's performers, staff, and volunteers will be there, including luminaries Ken Sweeney and Jeff Warner.
