1) Heat oven to 350ºF, 180ºC, gas mark 4. 2) Lightly grease a 20cm loose bottomed-round cake tin. 3) Measure all ingredients into large bowl and work together until thoroughly blended. 4) Turn into tin. 5) Level top. 6) Bake for about 1h 20min until golden and shrinking slightly from the sides of the tin. 7) Cool for a few moments in the tin, then turn out.
