Dunno if anyone said this... busy day... have not read this thread...
Kitchen & Bath or Kid's Room white washable semi-gloss on walls and ceiling... makes a room look muck bigger, brighter and cleaner. And, it's much easier to clean and does not need to be painted again for at least five years.
