The Moon versus Le Barrage

Even George cannot exercise enough pull in Florida to Vote for a Moon relocation, it is more a case of whether the Barrage Makers can withold the Tidal flow and the slippery base rocks and soils (and the Flood 3 metres a second off Battery Point July 2007). And even Mugabe cannot Mine enough Moon to alter the progress of Zimbabwe.
