Live trap it. Then call Animal Control to remove it.

(Did you know that Skunk Stew is delicious? You might consider a big pot of Skunk Stew the next time some folks come by for an evening. It's usually made with skunks who didn't quite make it across the road, but it's even better with fresh skunk. Just remember to remove all the scent glands when you field dress it.
