Although I do think an issues-orientation is important, it's not, for me, the MOST important factor in selecting who to support.

I am not sure I would vote for the people in this list who agreed with me; I want a candidate that will be truthful and have the guts to disagree with me and tell me what I missed that may have left me under-informed, and then work with me to reach a consensus for short-term action while long-term understanding develops. ("me" as in "people like me," whoever THAT is)

But then, I'm Anglican.
