I was perusing the "Legals" in the this morning's paper (I do this because sometimes there are things the City is doing that are relevant to the Library) and...and...

my neighbor's house is being sold at a foreclosure auction.

The guy to the east, the architect, who stole my fence. I don't get along with him (she's quite nice), and he has a yard full of "toys" but still...foreclosure?

If anyone wants to pick up a very nice house on a golf course for about $185K (US) I know of a good one.
