A great night with a very high standard of songs and performances - there were at least four or five that, IMHO, would have been worthy winners.

But 11.40 pm finish was way, way too late, bearing in mind that some of us had a 75-minute drive home along winding country roads and work in the morning. Time to come up with a slicker format and move to a more accessible venue - Lincoln Drill Hall, Trinity Arts Centre?? (all IMHO of course)
