Leslie Johnson, a student completing her master's degree in ethno musicology at Florida State University recently completed her graduation thesis regarding "Logging Songs of the Pacific Northwest" which includes music from the Antone family and Bob Antone. After having spent the last ten years working with Native Americans from various tribes Bob has incorporated song, rhythm, and melody of indigenous origin to his family folk style.
