Hi, Heggie - you need something like Windows Media Player (click) to play MIDI files, but you should have it on your computer if you have Windows 95 or 98 - otherwise, the download is free. You also need to have a sound card and speakers for your computer, of course. Once Windows Media Player is installed, you should be able to click on MIDI links and play them automatically. Some people have trouble playing the MIDI files at Mudcat, but everybody seems to be able to play the Contemplator MIDIs.
