All I can tell you Fred is that at that time I am pretty sure it was not "Folk on Friday" because there was a folk show on Radio Sheffield on a Friday and they didn't clash.

If the presenter was still Tony Capstick then it would probably have been Wednesday - but sorry - no proof.
