JohnInKansas - Well Bugger Me (good old Brummie expression) I've been washing clothes for nigh on 50 years and have only ever used four programmes and we're always well turned out, never creased, grubbie or shrunk. And some of my husbands clothes he's had for years (yes believe me he has), so I cant be doing much wrong.   So sorry mate, cant agree there.
