The Terran found a secure corner out of sight, tapped his pin and relayed an update to Cornucopia. From the viewpot he could see constellations which were familiar to him from childhood, although distorted by a different angle of view. He knew they were penetrating the Crab Bottom and could only pray that Captain Barky would consider the safety of the vessel before daring the highly risky course of action -- dodging the vicious masses of the asteroid belt, and putting his whole crew through an intense high-rem belt of unknown proportions were serious issues.

He sighed, thinking of the lovely Mandolan and her double-rows of eyelashes closing in gentle rest at the tavern table. Sighed again, worrying about his people and their precious treasure of ancient songs and the unknown risk carried on the fast moving Enterprise of a hidden songstealer. Sigh.
