Thanks all - Slept on it now and although I may have overeacted I think, in the main, she did get what she deserved. She was obviously having a laugh at my expense and didn't expect someone to pay her in kind.

I hadn't thought of it from Richards point of view above - It does seriously frighten me when you think that things can get that out of hand. I think in future I will stick to not having a battle of wits with the unarmed!
