Just had a long chat with Del on the phone.

The operation went apparently without a hitch, but it was a lengthy uncomfortable business. He feels a bit breathless today, but he goes back in 6 weeks time to have the pacemaker adjusted and this should make him more comfortable.

he says he's missing the scene like mad and I think he would like to hear from any of you who can manage an e-mail or phone call.
