The Grammy FIRST ROUND VOTING is just starting and the CD is LISTED on the ballot as a POTENTIAL nominee in three catagories.

The first round ballots determine who will be the official nominees, and then the voting begins for the actual award which will be announced in February 2008.

I think the title " Review: Kevin Burke has got a Grammy nomination" is misleading and probably should be fixed.
