There's a possibility you haven't considered. Maybe Zou Zou's doesn't run a music series, but they allow someone else to run one. That person originally talked the Zou Zou management into letting him play so that he would have some exposure and a place to sell his CDs, and he organized it into a series as a service to other performers, but he doesn't want any of the other performers jeopardizing his fragile relationship with the management.I don't know if that's the case or not, but it's what the document sounded like to me.
