Haven't tried to flavor cashews. I think they may be more difficult to treat. Temperature-time probably has to be very carefully controlled.

In university, a friend in the dorm used to get raw peanuts by the gunny sack from his family farm (Texas). They were very large and almost sweet. Haven't ever found any like them in the stores. They were very good raw.
