What it said, condensed, was this: The hot irons that the USA pulls out of the fire are invariably irons that were heated up in some fire that the USA itself set in the first place by its own policies since the 1950s. The USA does not have enemies out there because Third World people "hate freedom" or belong to some other religion. It has enemies because it interferes in Third World societies, arranges coups that overthrow legally elected governments, supports dictators and autocrats who tyrranize people, and because it takes over foreign economies for corporate profit, and attacks people who resist those takeovers.
