I have to agree with Jed - I'm not sure what the point is here. Do you expect the Rebublicans to come around to your way of thinking by calling them brain dead even if they are? You'll get more flies with honey than vinegar. I don't fall into the "music threads only" group but I'm not sure why you want to ask the question here. And for the record I'm quite liberal. We tend in this country to concentrate way too much on our differences rater than our commen goals - in my liberal opinion.
