Writing proper because you think you "should" is not satisfactory, and punkfolkrocker will persist, probably. It's like your underdog.

   you might like to try the Gestalt method of sitting in one chair/on one cushion facing a ditto, and talk to punk, saying what you want. Each time you;'ve done, or ask the other a question, switch to the other place and respond/reply, So on the first switch, punk will have summat to say.

Remember all the time to listen to what you are saying, and did say, as well as speaking.

Continue until resolution, transcendence of the conflict or exhaustion. Not for silly little things like feeling silly or boredom. The toilet or food may be avoidance. Innit.
