"Old Blevins" by the Austin Lounge Lizards, as mentioned, is great but the rest of the CD ain't so hot. Try their "Employee of the Month" where almost all the material is brilliant.

Steve Goodman's "Vegematic" is a classic, but he had help writing it (from Shel Silverstein).
