I'm pretty sure it's been proven that while touching yer face and such can 'contribute', the real cause of acne is the same thing that causes male pattern baldness... an excess of testosterone...

Hormone therapy can help... or you can just accept that yer a horny, spotty balding bastard like me and move on!!
