I know the last 4, but the first few are just beyond the edges of my memory.   
   I could add a bunch of similar questions that I DO know, though.
Like...Who was the fat guy who rode a tricycle with an outhouse built on behind?

And who popped buttons off of his shirt into the mouths of waiting chickens? (and what was his 'unusual' mode of transportaion.)
