greg you're quite right - the chords I linked are rubbish for the last lines! Normally I check them when I post links to chords, but I was busy doing other things (that was the first page that came up in a search and I had seen that Captain Colin had given him the right chord earlier).

I'd play the line (in C) just as you have it above.

(followed by (G) When I'm troubled (F#dim) bound and mixed (C) he's the guy that (A7) gets me fixed, (D7) Hello Central, (G7) get me Doctor (C)Jazz - though I've modified the tune of that penultimate line compared to the Jelly Roll Morton version - more likely F, A7 only on that line).

(The Jelly Roll recording I've got seems to be in Db btw).
