They had him on NPR yesterday and I got intrigued, Kat. He said he came up with the idea after listening to ipods etc. day in and day out and figgered he'd try to get through one day without music. This was a couple years ago and apparently it's excalated and BBC Scotland is going for a whole day of no music.
